  2. YouTube, YouTube, YouTube. It’s a treasure trove of information — and misinformation. I love Jason and Lauren Pak and Jamie Carbaugh.

  3. Apps, larger chains, and free/low cost online programs will cost less than $50 a month! If you know what you’re doing, a Planet Fitness (or similar) membership will run you less than $20/mo. Then, add some sort of plan — Stronger by the Day, RISE, or pick one from this free library — and you’re good to go!
