The program cost is $649 in full (or a 3-month payment plan of $216/mo) or, if using discount, $549 in full (or a 3-month payment plan of $183/mo. Are you ready to invest this?

The program consists of: ➡️ weekly 60-minute group coaching calls, recorded — Mondays at 6pm CST (starting March 3rd & ending on May 26th) — mini-workshop, Q&A, and exercise demos ➡️ workout programming — 1-2x/week of ~15-45 min strength training workouts — need: a pair of dumbbells and/or bands — on EverFit app ➡️ coaching & community — private group chat to share your weekly reflections & get to know other BEGINners — Ask A Coach: submit your questions to get coached & get form feedback (available in Month 3)
