The program consists of: ➡️ weekly 60-minute group coaching calls, recorded — Mondays at 6pm CST (starting September 29th & ending on December 22nd) ➡️ workout programming through EverFit app — 2-3x/week of 15-45 min strength training workouts — need: a pair of dumbbells and/or bands ➡️ coaching & community — private group chat — Ask A Coach: submit your questions to get coached & get form feedback
